The Styliaque team is most committed to providing you with quality garments and accessories. We do everything possible to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. However, we know that will not always be the case. Should you want to return or exchange an item, we will accept unworn, unwashed returns or exchanges with all tags still attached within 30 days of your order date receipt. Any credits or charges will be issued to your credit card use for the purchase. Payment by check will be refunded in the exact manner in which it was received.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

1.  Fill out the Return/Exchange Form

2. Send the item(s) back to us via a traceable, secure method to ensure our receiving it. Include the return/exchange form with your shipment, or we may not be able to process your return/exchange. Please note, we are not responsible for the return shipping charges and we reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our return requirements.

If there was an error on our part, we will be glad to pay the re-shipping cost and return cost for the exchange to you.

Initial fees and shipping charges are non-refundable. For a full refund, you must return the unworn/unused items with all hang tags attached to us within 30 days of your receipt. No refunds or credits will be issued after 30 days.

Non-refundable / Non-exchangeable Items: If these are sent to us, we will not be able to honor a credit or exchange and items will be donated to charity.

  4. Worn or laundered garments
  5. Final Sale Items

Additional Return/Exchange Information
Please note that it takes 5 to 7 business days for us to process a return or exchange.
Allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Any merchandise that is returned to us and does not match what was shipped to you will not be returned to you, but will be either donated or discarded.

Styliaque accepts major credit cards and PayPal payments through the secure PayPal payment system. Fees may be paid through PayPal's secure online portal. You will receive an email receipt from PayPal immediately and an email notification from Styliaque when your payment is recorded.

We work hard to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible and that it is exactly what you want. In stock items purchased before 3:00pm EST Monday-Friday will ship that day.
